At UTL DS Ltd we are proud of the outstanding service levels we deliver to our customers. Maintaining this through workshops and training is crucial to ensure our employees have the necessary skills to consistently deliver high quality service. On-going training leads to increased productivity and job satisfaction for our employees but more importantly provides excellent service and high customer satisfaction to all our customers. We recently collaborated with one of our partners to take part in a Customer Satisfaction workshop with our service department. The team had an enjoyable day and came away with a real buzz as to why we do what we do, to stay competitive and offer the highest level of service that our customers deserve.
